Each row is measured live from your browser when this page loads — this is not a
cached dashboard, so what you see is what your own connection sees. Endpoints are probed
continuously from outside as well; incidents are posted in-app under
Social → News.
A service marked Degraded is reachable but reporting that it is
missing configuration. Down means it did not answer at all.
Your journal keeps working offline in either case — trades are stored on your device and
sync once the connection is back.
